Tenants Maintenance Request Response During COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Valued Tenants,

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to bring difficulty and uncertainty to all of our lives.

SPM Properties, Inc wants to remind you we are continually taking all measures to mitigate the virus’s transmission.

We want to assure your health and safety, and our employees are our top priorities. Additionally, it is important you know we will be working with you to ensure you continue to feel safe and secure at your residence despite the challenges we as a nation face together.

Currently, COVID-19 cases are continuously rising, and our county is at the highest level of precaution, purple.

To mitigate the virus, we will be taking the following steps for in-unit maintenance and repairs to occupied units.

  1. We will prioritize urgent maintenance repair requests and repairs for tenant units to reduce exposure. Non-urgent repairs may take up to 5 days or less.
  2. We are deferring non-emergency repairs until we believe our technicians and the residents are safe.
  3. Any aesthetic related requests will be addressed as soon as the COVID-19 restrictions are eliminated.
  4. Our Maintenance staff will be available for essential and/or emergency maintenance only.

Emergency work orders to be completed and prioritized are fire, water leaks, and any inhabitable related issues.
