Rental Payment
All rent is due on the 1st of every month and any rent payment not paid within the specified grace period in your lease agreement is subject to late fees.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! There is a 2.9% fee + $0.30 service charge if you choose to pay your rent online. The service charge will be added during checkout.
Each applicant must pay a $45 application processing fee as part of the application process. If you do not make your payment, we will not process your application. If you apply for a commercial property and add a co-applicant, an additional $45 processing fee must be paid.
