Thank you for your interest in Stephens Property Management available leases and rentals. Before you apply for an apartment rental or business property lease, please make note of the following important information.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA, GUIDELINES & RENTAL APPLICATION – To qualify for a property rental, each applicant must have good credit, receive acceptable references from current and former landlords, employers, creditors and personal references and earn at least three times the monthly rent in gross income.
LEASE TERM – Our standard lease term is 12 months and month to month thereafter. Some properties require a 12 month lease and renew upon completion.
3-Step Application Process
Each applicant must complete our three-step application process. The application must be completely filled out with all information verifiable. STEP ONE
PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
As part of the application process, we require your social security card, proof of income, and picture ID to verify your identity. During the online application process, we will ask you to upload your verification documents. If you wish to download and a submit a PDF version of our application, we will require you to submit copies of the above verification methods with the paper application.
STEP TWO
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
All adults must submit a separate application. We offer two options – you may apply online below or download and submit a PDF version. Our online application process is paperless and secure.
STEP THREE
Pay Application Processing Fee
Each individual applicant must pay an application processing fee. After submitting the application online, we will redirect you to pay a non-refundable $40 application processing fee. If you choose to download and submit a PDF version of our application, you can securely pay online to complete your application process.
